How to engage our Concierge Services

Following a preliminary telephone conversation we will arrange to visit you at your house to discuss your requirements and explain what we have to offer. We will follow up this meeting with a letter confirming the matters we have discussed, this will also include our terms of business and details of our fees and charges.

In brief our remuneration consists of two elements:-

1. An annual or six monthly administration fee, payable in advance
2. An hourly rate, which will be billed monthly
